Budapest Office Buildings are Buzzing with New Green Spaces

It is one of the most popular industrial office buildings, which was not destroyed but its inner spaces were renewed and received authentic facade restoration as well. Its huge windows and height make it a unique office. Its emblematic feature is its chimney standing alone in a park surrounded by a magnificent garden which would prove it outstanding in the park of any English manor.  Deck-chairs, lawn, pools, little bridges, herb grounds and a marvellous flora await the employees who can have a break here after a demanding project or a stressful meeting.

Leier City Center

The former Frigyes Barrack was made into the Leier City Center in the center of Győr. The Leier Group purchased the almost 3 acre property in 2005 and started to restore the listed building. The investment has a mixed function: “A” category offices, exclusive apartments, catering service places, shops, an underground car park and an inner park were built in the complex. A wonderful park is surrounded by the building, providing us the feeling of walking on the main square of a little town.

Green House
