New Office Building at Corvin Sétány

The Corvin 5 office building is being built in two phases on the eastern side of Corvin-quarter, next door to Nokia Skypark offices. The 27.000 square meter, ‘A’ category office building is designed with the expectations of the digital age in mind, built according to the highest international standards. The office complex gained the BREEAM Very Good sustainability certificate during the design process. It was also registered in the Well Building Standard classification process, with the International Well Building Institute acknowledging the aspects of the positive effects of the workplace on the workers’ health and wellbeing. 

During the building of the office complex, the developers emphasized the creation of a green environment. The ground level of the building will house an indoors garden, and the building will also host a large rooftop terrace. The building is complete with automatic shade, a heat recovery engineering system, solar panels, bicycle storage, showers, water-economic sanitary ware as well as electric car chargers.

According to Gábor Futó, the founder of Futureal–Group, “with the creation of Corvin 5, we will offer 100 thousand square meters of space for rent, at one of the busiest parts of Budapest, in Corvin- quarter, which can give the entire city a momentum. The solutions of Corvin 5 make it possible for the building to serve even the highest standards of future tenants as a technological acropolis.”

Along with other office buildings nearby, such as Corvin Iroda Park the area houses nearly 100 shops, restaurants, cafés, fitness-wellness centres, dry-cleaners, as well as a post office, banks and a cinema.
