The walls of the exclusive offices contain small oases and the patios connected to each other thus creating a real green corridor where employees can take a break or sit out for a cup of coffee. There is a path with decorative limestone lading between the smaller courtyards connecting each block. There is also another green area with a park and an artificial lake between Váci Road and the main facade of the office. The gardens along the back-front are open to the city and one of them, a garden belted with cherry trees is the garden of a restaurant there.
This iconic park determines the offices; hence we can say that the horse was put behind the carriage because the Millenáris Park was renovated first. The environment itself is unique serving as a green oasis with different species of gold fish swimming in its green lakes. A playing ground called Peter Green provides extraordinary experiences for kids. The neighbouring Lövőház Street was altered into a pedestrian street with cafes and different restaurants for the locals.
Haller Gardenssituated at the corner of Soroksári Road and Haller Street has a unique form permitting to design more than one park there. The office complex has 3 patios connected by passages with restaurants and cafés satisfying both the employee’s and the passengers’ needs. The rooftop terraces also highly improved the quality of the property. This pleasant office building was handed over in 2008.
Eiffel Square Office
The 23,000 m2 Eiffel Square Office was built adjacent to Western Railway Station. There is a marvellous park along one side of the building complex, which serves as a real oasis in the busy city centre. The Eiffel Square was designed by Gábor Karádi, landscape architect. The garden provides 4,800 m2 public square of high quality for both locals and employees. The terraces connect the waiting lounge of the railway station with the office centre; the difference in height is hidden by grassy slopes. Animal sanctuaries for birds and mammals were set up on different spots, such as big birdhouses and holes in the innermost recesses of the park. These special features of the pleasant park environment, a choice of restaurants and cafés, soothing water features and the possibility of ice skating and cultural events in the Square, offer much more than the average office building in Budapest.
