The Office of the Year awards have been given out to four recipients in the eponymous category, out of a record number of 41 nominees. Profession.hu received the title “Office of the Year”, while GE triumphed in the category of large enterprises. The “Design Office of the Year” accolade was given to DekoRatio, while Waberer’s executive offices were considered worthy of a special prize.

Harman International and BASF Hungária Kft. signed a lease agreement for offices to rent at the Budapest’s Nordic Light Office Building, located on Váci Road. Currently the building has pre-leases on 26 % of the total space.

Colliers International’s Hungarian subsidiary is now functioning in a “LEED for Commercial Interiors” certified office, which also makes it the first green building of the international real estate consulting network. “The development of the office and its certification has required an equal amount of attention and work to that of fulfilling the demands of our clients” – evaluated Norbert Szircsák, head consultant of the company’s green certification branch.
